Liberty has been a professional Felter and experienced instructor for over 10 years. With a love of nature which is fundamental in her creations full of warmth and whimsy. Recently featuring on Channel 4's Handmade Christmas with Kirstie Allsop as a Craft Champion in 2022 and again in 2023.

    The Felterie club is perfect for beginners and beyond - Liberty takes you through step by step and you can ask questions in the chat on live workshops.

  • Can I communicate with the other felters?

    Yes the Felterie Club has its own group forum where you can ask for help and exchange ideas.

  • Do I have to sign up for a year?

    NO, you can take it month by month and see how you go. Leave and join at any time.

  • Where is the Felterie?

    Liberty's Felterie is in Langport - Somerset - England. You are welcome to visit or come to a face-to-face workshop.

  • Where can I get the materials?

    Each workshop has a list of materials and suggested suppliers. The Felterie also provides wool kits or reach out to Liberty directly (see above) if you need help.
